College Scholarship Program

Creating a Future for Palm Beach County Students.

Over 60,000 students attend Palm Beach County public high schools, in a community that has grown 19% since 2010, to approximately 1,577,304 people. To respond to the demands of that rapidly growing and evolving local economy, our aim is to educate Palm Beach County students and build a robust local talent pipeline to meet future job needs.

Our Partnership

We’ve partnered with Palm Beach State College, focusing on its Palm Beach Gardens and Loxahatchee campuses, to establish a TeamWork Scholarship cohort.

Supporting a TeamWork Scholar is an investment in more than a diploma. Your gift provides tutoring, career counseling, and financial aid that carry a student from the classroom into the workforce. Together, we can build the pipeline of skilled, confident graduates Palm Beach County’s economy needs.

Instrumental Music Education Program

13 Years or Bringing Music Education to Students

Research shows that arts education strengthens critical thinking, collaboration, and communication. Our Artist-in-Residence program ensures every child, no matter their background, has access to high-quality music education. For schools with limited resources, this program brings world-class expertise directly into the classroom.

Musician Artists-in-Residence: What They Do and Why It Matters

Musician Artists-in-Residence are more than guest performers. They are professional musicians who become part of the school community: teaching, mentoring, and collaborating with students and teachers throughout the school year.

Supporting a Musician Artist-in-Residence is an investment in more than just music. Your gift provides months of instruction, mentorship, and creativity, touching hundreds of students and teachers. Together, we can nurture confident, skilled, and creative young people who will carry the power of the arts with them for life.

What They Bring to Teachers & Schools

Professional Growth
Teachers gain new classroom techniques and approaches, while small-group instruction gives students focused, personalized attention.

Curriculum Support
Musicians co-create lessons and hands-on projects that make learning more engaging and relevant across every subject area.

Community Connection
Concerts, workshops, and performances bring families and the community into schools to celebrate student achievement.

What Educators are Saying

“TeamWork’s generous support has profoundly transformed Highland Elementary School’s band program by eliminating financial barriers. This investment resulted in extraordinary quantitative growth in ability and musicianship.”

Olga B., Band Director, Highland Elementary

“Our music program boosts school culture by fostering a strong sense of community, increasing school spirit, and providing a positive outlet for creativity and expression. Our program encourages belonging over a shared love of music.”

Diana F., Principal, Berkshire Elementary

“The TeamWork Artist-in-Residence program enhances our band program in three significant ways. First, less proficient learners are pulled aside during consultant visits so that underlying problems can be addressed in a smaller group setting.”

Frank B., Band Director, Tradewinds Middle
